The machine is controlled by PLC. You can choose different filling modes (manual or automatic). The fill level of the container is determined by the depth of the vacuum port within the neck of the container, so that the fill level will be the same regardless of bottle inconsistencies. The machines operations and interval time can be adjusted through modifying the parameters on the touch screen. The machine will alarm when malfunction occurs. It also has the following features: handy in adjustment, no bottle no fill, accurate filling volume. Vacuum filling systems draw product into the container by using constant vacuum suction. Once the fill level required reaches, the excess product will be drawn back into the product tank. | |||||
